The system Bloom installed for us in late January is performing beyond our expectations. The installation was excellent and conscientious, and communication with Bloom has been really good. Our bog-standard semi in South Brent faces E/W and we asked Bloom to put as many panels as possible on both sides of the roof. They managed 18 x 450w panels = 8.1 kw total and also installed a 9 kw Sigen Battery. The panels (9 on each side) generate throughout the day. March average export was about about 14 kWh/day (£1.68 per day with Outgoing Octopus at 12p per kWh) through to July at about 36 kWh/day (£4.14/day). In the summer months we've been in credit each month by about £100, and have reduced our Direct Debit with Octopus to the minimum rate of £1 per month. We also had a very efficient 3.5kw heat pump installed in January so our heating costs have been low. At this rate, based on some seasonally-adjusted projections, we're on track to remain in credit with Octopus through the coming winter and into next year, even with charging our electric car. We never imagined that that these solar panels might cover all our energy costs! So we are delighted! We would highly recommend Bloom - they have been excellent all round!

Excellent service and installation from Bloom Renewables. From initial enquiry to final commissioning - 5⭐. Nothing was too much trouble from everyone in the team at the office. Just had solar panels and a battery installed by Bloom. Everyone I spoke to at the company, from initial quote to installation was very friendly and professional. I talked through multiple options and the benefits of each system was explained along with the costs. Small delay in the install which was no fault of anyone at Bloom (scaffolding not completed before the install) and the roofers and electrician stayed a day longer than they had planned to complete which was appreciated. The system has been fully functional for a week and I haven't drawn anything from the national grid the whole time which is exactly what I was hoping for. First class service by Bloom. We had given up hope on ever managing this work as several businesses put our requirements on the too difficult pile or , said we were out of their area. We were recommended to Bloom by one business, as we were outside of their area. Luckily for us Bloom rose to the challenge. Within a few days their sales lead met with us, we then met with their technical lead and within a couple of weeks the work was scheduled. It took the Bloom team two days to erect 80 panels, two batteries and a charging point. An absolutely first class team  together with an installation at a reasonable price. Second install by Bloom Renewables, end of 2024 I had a Powerwall 3 installed onto an existing PV system, complicated install as battery over 10m from consumer unit and gateway will internal and external cable routing. Added a Hypervolt 3 Pro, ordered and supplied by Bloom, this week. Again cannot fault the professionalism of Rowan, Tim and the on-site installers. Kept fully updated through the process on both occasions. Fitters very police and professional, nice clean and tidy installs, neat cable runs and additional cabling, Henley blocks, conduit etc in the consumer unit cupboard next to the gateway.

I was very impressed with Bloom Renewables when installing my Tesla Power Wall 3 and Gateway. The process from initial site visit, quote, installation and testing was quick and trouble free. My installation of panels & a Tesla battery went really well with completion towards the end of January this year. Bloom offer really good value for money. I have just had a RCB replacement which was carried out in no time by Eliott, who was professional & knowledgeable. The RCB is a Tesla issue & has no bearing on Bloom. Thank you.

I looked for a local small company, having received a deluge of unsolicited publicity from companies which I felt may not exist when issues arose after installation. Visiting reps from two other companies never came back. First discussions with Bloom helpful..and quotations laid out clearly in detail..would have liked info on grant availability and possibility of Planning permission. Thorough follow up site meeting. Phone calls always answered. Appreciate admin arrangements with MCS , DNO managed for me. Installation crew first class, taking time and care, available to discuss details and flexible. Installation within 4 days in spite of inevitable small issues on site. All in all a helpful, friendly and thoroughly competent. Functioning of system explained well. Essentially, feel confident that help will be there when needed. Disappointed that no European equipment offered as unhappy with unethically produced kit from Chinese companies and Tesla/American under current administration.
