Below-the-roof hardware maintenance
Visual inspection of the hardware that is below the roofline and does not require scaffolding to access e.g. batteries, inverters and associated cabling.
Above-the-roof hardware maintenance
Visual inspection of the hardware that is above the roofline and requires scaffolding to access e.g. solar panels.
Delivery of new parts
Sourcing and delivery of any replacement parts to your installation address.
Initial call out
The first call out to the installation address is free of charge. Subsequent call outs, if required, will be charged at Bloom’s standard rate.*
Real-time system monitoring
Monitoring the installation remotely via an app to ensure that everything is working as it should be.
3-yearly check-up
Sending one of our maintenance team to the installation address every 3 years from the time of installation, to visually check on the hardware below the roof, viewing the hardware above the roof via drone and reviewing the associated system software to ensure everything is working optimally.
Annual check-up*
Sending one of our maintenance team to the commercial installation address every year from the time of installation, to check on the hardware below the roof, viewing the hardware above the roof via drone and reviewing the associated system software to ensure everything is working optimally.
Electrical safety testing
Qualified electrician annually testing cabling, isolators and fuses, to ensure everything is safe and optimal for commercial installations.
Support with manufacturer product claims
When a piece of equipment breaks or malfunctions, our team are there to help support with a product claim to the respective manufacturer.
Office hours phone & email support
Access to phone and email support from our team during standard office hours, Mon-Fri, 9-5.
Priority call-out service
Your call out will get prioritised over other call outs and one of our team will respond within 24 hours of a business day.
*Our standard call-out rate is £150 for the first hour, and then £80 for each subsequent hour. Please note, this does not affect our standard 2-year workmanship warranty (if our workmanship isn’t up to scratch, we send our team out free of charge up to 2 years after the installation).
**Annual check-up is for commercial clients and does not include scaffolding costs.
