- Above-the-roof hardware maintenance (everything that requires scaffolding to access)

- Support with manufacturer product claims
- Office hours phone & email support

Remote Monitoring & Support
- Real-time system performance tracking by Bloom Renewables

Priority Call-Out Service
- Telephone response within 24 hours of business day
- Discounted call-out charges for breakdown visits
- One time no charge site attendance per year. Additional visits may be chargeable.
- Dedicated customer support for technical assistance for up to 8 hours per year
System Health Checks
Estimated to be half day on-site inspection and will require access to be arranged with customer.
- Visual system inspection (panels, wiring, inverter, and mounting structure)
- Performance of solar panels and battery and check they are in line with product performance warranty
- Electrical safety testing (cabling, isolators, and fuses)
- Inverter diagnostics (firmware updates and fault detection)
- Visual roof inspection
- Check mounting equipment is secure from ground.
Labour for product warranty and minor repairs (1 x 8 hour or 2 x 4 hours per annum)
- Reconnection after change of internet provider – 1 visit per year
- Management of warranty claims and labour for replacement of faulty equipment.
- Test and implementation of firmware upgrade subject to client approval.

Below the Roof refers to everything that doesn’t need scaffolding e.g. battery, inverter, isolators, wiring etc.
How often are maintenance visits scheduled?
Preventative maintenance inspections are done on a 3-yearly basis, but if you need us before then, we’ve got you covered.
Are emergency repairs included in the package?
Yes, our package includes emergency repair services to address any urgent issues that may arise. We will respond by phone within 24-hours of a business day.
What does Above the Roof mean?
Above the Roof refers to everything that needs scaffolding to reach e.g. panels, hooks, rails, optimisers and DC run.
